Does test access expire?
No. Unused test access stays on your account until you use it - there are no recurring fees or expiring balances.
What is your refund policy?
Unused test access from a purchase can be refunded. If you have already started a test, that attempt and its report remain yours regardless of a refund on the purchase.
Can I retake a test?
Yes - retakes are free for tests you've already started or completed, within the attempt limit, and they don't consume test access.
